1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PK33 Login — whether through the website at pk33login.app, the Android mobile app, or any other interface we operate — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use PK33 Login and should close your account if one has already been created.

3 Age Verification

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on PK33 Login, you accept the specific rules that apply to that product. Sports betting markets, live casino tables, bingo rooms and slot games each have their own additional rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

For sports betting — including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, Pakistan domestic cricket, Premier League football and esports — the following general rules apply:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

PK33 Login offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions where applicable. • Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance and must meet all wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK33 Login. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error may be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use PK33 Login for any financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker or any game where cooperation between players would give an unfair advantage against the house or other participants.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once or to circumvent any restriction applied to an existing account.

• Harassing, threatening or abusing PK33 Login staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing PK33 Login from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographical restrictions.

PK33 Login actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, accounts may be temporarily suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

PK33 Login reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or irregular betting patterns that suggest abuse of promotions or platform systems.

If your account is suspended, you will typically be notified by email or in-platform message. During a suspension, access to betting and gaming is restricted, but you retain access to your account balance. Funds in your account at the time of suspension are not automatically forfeited unless the suspension results from confirmed fraudulent activity or a material breach of these terms.

• You may request account closure at any time by contacting PK33 Login support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
